Tesoo industrial lenses or industrial camera lenses are used in industrial image processing/machine vision in various industries. Including logistics, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, food industry, traffic monitoring, autonomous driving, and safety.
Industrial camera lens for industrial image processing
In image processing, our industrial lenses perform tasks such as flaw detection. Surface inspection contour and size inspection of most industrial image processing/machine vision lens use industrial cameras and industrial lenses with C-mount screws. The C interface is a standard threaded connection. Kowa offers C-mount lenses, suitable for image formats from 1/2" to 4/. 3" corresponds to the diameter of the image circle from 8 mm to 23 mm.
Industrial camera lens for surveillance and security
Due to traffic and safety inspections, the resolution of industrial cameras and lenses has increased in recent years. The higher the resolution, the more detailed the easier it is to identify suspicious persons. Our industrial lenses provide high-resolution images separately. For long distances, Tesoo has a motorized zoom lens, and the zoom, focus, and iris functions are all motor-controlled. It also has functions such as auto iris and autofocus.
Our industrial camera lens, such as CS mount motorized zoom lens, is infrared fixed and is suitable for day and night surveillance. The infrared-corrected zoom lens is designed to maintain focus when infrared light is used instead of visible light during night surveillance.

1. Lens mount: Does the industrial lens mount fit the camera? Can a mount adapter be used?
2. Image size: Does the image size of the industrial lens cover the sensor? The image size of the lens has to be the same size or bigger than the sensor size. Otherwise, there will be vignetting.
3. Resolution: Does the lens have sufficient resolution for the sensor? Check the pixel size of the sensor and compare it to the resolution specified for the lens. Lens manufacturers indicate as a rough indication the pixel size the lens can be used for. For a more thorough analysis check the MTF. The best is to test the lens.
4. Focal length: What focal length do you need? The focal length can be calculated from the object size and working distance. In most machine vision applications these parameters don't change, so you can choose a fixed focal length such as 50mm C mount lens. Varifocal lenses and zoom lenses allow changing the focal length.
5. Spectral range: What wavelength of light will you work at? Check if the lens has sufficient transmission in the wavelength you want to work at.
6. Size: Do you have size restrictions? Check if the lens fits in the space you have for your application.
7. Robustness: Will the lens be exposed to shock and vibration? Check if a ruggedized version of the lens is available.
